Aemilia Elliott

Aemilia is an experienced Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist holding a Masters level degree and Australian Physiotherapy Association Title.

 

She enjoys treating clients with a variety of different injuries and has a special interest in the lumbar spine, pelvis and hips. She also has significant experience with a variety of complex compensable cases including TAC, NDIS and WorkSafe.

 

Aemilia is currently involved in the PACE Musculoskeletal Study, a research project investigating novel clinical pathways for common musculoskeletal injuries. She has complimented her clinical skills with training in pilates and GLA:D – the current world leading exercise and education program for those experiencing problems with knee and hip osteoarthritis.

 

Aemilia is an avid swimmer and water polo player as well as mother of two gorgeous children who keep her on her toes. In her spare time she can be found baking up a storm in her kitchen, expanding her knowledge on dinosaurs and revisiting the magical fantasy world that is Harry Potter.

Jen McLaren

Accredited Practising Dietitian
 

Jen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Dietetic Practice. She is especially interested in dietetic involvement in oncology, rehabilitation, gastrointestinal conditions, chronic disease management and general healthy lifestyles. Jen also enjoys working in sports performance nutrition, which has stemmed from a lifetime commitment to sport.

 

Jen is passionate about educating clients by translating evidence and applying it to relatable health issues. She provides clients with the tools to enjoy nutrition, make choices independently and fit food into their lives around other priorities.

 

Away from the nutrition world, Jen spends her time at calisthenics, which she has competed in and coached for many years including representing Victoria as part of the state team, adventuring with her fur baby Loki and organising coffee catch ups.

Vicky Lidis

With multiple qualifications under her belt, Vicky is experienced in remedial therapies, sports and relaxation massage and cupping. 

 

Whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, stiff from working from home, a recreational runner in need of maintenance or a ball sports athlete who’s backing up games week in week out, Vicky’s vast experience and techniques will leave you feeling 10 years younger!

 

When Vicky isn’t treating her clients, she can be found exercising her love of cooking or drinking her favourite coffee!  She also can’t wait to return to the Greek Islands for a well deserved holiday.
