Osteopathy

Osteopathy uses a range of assessment and treatment modalities to help the patient understand how their body works by utilising a holistic (whole body) approach.

 

Our osteopath will use techniques such as Musculoskeletal and nervous system assessments, Clinical exercise rehabilitation, Hands-on treatment, and Ergonomic advice and education to best give the patient their own tools to manage their injury or pain.

Dietetics

Our dietitian educates our clients by translating evidence and applying it to relatable health issues.  We provide clients with the tools to enjoy nutrition, make choices independently and fit food into their lives around other priorities.  Our goal is to improve your health.


Our dietitian specialises in:

  • Oncology
  • Chronic disease prevention & management – cardiovascular, diabetes, women’s health

  • Adolescent nutrition (especially T1DM, sports nutrition)
  • Gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, IBD)

  • Sports & injury recovery nutrition

Our ASCA qualified strength & conditioning coach will help you build real functional strength and movement, focusing on your own individual needs and goals.

  • Sports specific strength and skills development

4:1 Clinical Pilates

You’ll be supervised in a 40 minute small group class with an individualised reformer pilates program

Pilates Matwork & matwork - bubs welcome

Introduction Class: $15

Casual session: $30

You’ll experience 1 hour 8:1 guided group matwork classes, focusing on different aspects of the body such as developing strength, core, mobility and more.

Variety Packages - 1 x Matwork Pilates class, 1 x Clinical Pilates class & 1 x S&C class

Enjoy a well balanced strength and exercise program with 3 varying classes each week, all supervised by qualified practitioners.

Senior Exercise Classes

12 Sessions over 6 weeks (twice a week): $300

Leading Exercise Program Delivery

GLA:D®, Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark, is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
